FOLDING ROLLER REFURBISHING

With a folding roller refurbishing experience since the year 2014, STARLETT offers to refurbish folding rollers for HORIZON, STAHL and MBO paper folders, using the same original Soft-PU rings as the paper folder manufacturers, as well as renovation of folding rollers for folding machines STAHL and GUK with Hard-PU layer. Refurbishing possibilities of folding rollers of other manufacturers – on request.

Available services: 

● FOLDING ROLLER EXCHANGE SERVICE: fully reconditioned exchange rollers are available for shipment to you on the same day when we receive payment, to be installed immediately on your folding equipment reducing the downtime after which you then return your folding rollers to us.  

● FOLDING ROLLER REFURBISHING SERVICE: your folding rollers will be refurbished within 7 working days and then returned back to you. The process involves replacing and grinding the Soft-PU Polyurethane rings.

● REFURBISHING OF: vacuum wheels  and segmented rollers of any folding machine
