TURN BAR
Ideal for flexo printers that want to print on the web face and then turn the web over for printing on the reverse side of the material.
Many applications require flexographic converters to print on the front and backside of many web materials including paper, film, and foil substrates. The use of a web turn is critical in work such as coupons, folding cartons, and medical applications that require graphic information to be printed on both sides of the substrate prior to converting.
CHARACTERISTICS
Typically a flexographic printer will start by printing the backside of the material with the required number of colors and then use the web turn-bar to reposition the web so that the front side can be printed on and then die cut. Most flexographic turn-bars can be quickly moved and mounted after any print station.
The turn bars can be made in 330, 350 and 550mm standard web size but also for a custom web width.
