AlphaDoc Automatic Punch
The AlphaDoc MK4 is a high-speed automatic punching machine designed for medium to large size runs involving multiple materials ranging from 70 to 300 gsm including acetates or plastic covers and diverse punching patterns including thumb cuts with a maximum punched edge of 350 mm. It provides a true output of up to 54,000 sheets (80gsm) / hour. With its optional tab jogger, it can also punch pre-collated tabbed sheets and the optional narrow sheet option allows to punch sheets that unpunched edges down to 105 mm which is particularly useful for producing desktop weekly planners.

All above outputs are based on 80 gsm plain paper and will vary pending on the nature of the document, the operator skills, and the work organization. Best punching quality is obtained with paper thickness not exceeding 1.5 mm.
