D-PaL Depalletizer
D-PaL for automatic depalletizing of packages of bound or reinforced blocks of sheets.
D-PaL lets you increase productivity and reduce costs by autonomously feeding your paperback or hardback line.
Using 3 unique parameters entered on the screen, the robot completely depalletizes the pallet and positions the separators in another independent pallet. After finishing the process, the operator removes the empty pallet and positions another one full of blocks of sheets.
Optionally, a roller conveyor and pallet stacker can be installed to automate pallet change procedures.
